Warranty and Complaints

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, in accordance with Danish consumer law. If your product is faulty or doesn't meet the expected quality standards, you have the right to make a complaint within this period.

What to do if you have a complaint:

  1. Contact us: Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return the product: If necessary, you will be asked to return the faulty product to us. We will provide instructions on how to do so.
  3. Refund or Replacement: Once we have received and inspected the product, we will offer either a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please note that the complaint must be based on a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before you received the product. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
