How to Return

You can register your return via our return portal.
Follow these steps:

1. Click on the link to the return portal.
2. Enter your details and provide your order number.
3. Select the reason for the return and, if applicable, request an exchange or refund.
4. Print your return label and send the item back to us.

Please note the following:

• Returns must be registered and sent within 30 days for ice bath and sauna products and within 14 days for all other products from the receipt date.
• The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping of 39 DKK is paid by the customer unless it's a warranty claim.
